Your Rent is payable for the cost of your home, garage and any other charges associated with your property. It is due weekly in advance or monthly in advance by agreement.

You can view your rent statement at any time online. NB. You should allow up to three days for payments to reach your account.

How to Pay Your Rent

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent, it's safe and secure and gives you peace of mind. Payments are made automatically, this will save you time and ensure your rent is never forgotten. Call the Rents Team on 01543 462621 and have your bank account and sort code to hand.

Online using your credit or debit card, click on the link 'pay it', you will need your 12 digit payment reference.
